Thank you for shopping with us! Because our products are handmade, original, and often one-of-a-kind, we ask that you read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical products unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem with the item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email/contact info]. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.
Once approved, we’ll either offer a replacement (if possible) or issue a full or partial refund. In some cases, we may request the damaged item be returned.
Incorrect Shipping Info
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with your neighbors or local postal service. Unfortunately, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us. After that time, orders are already in process and cannot be canceled.
