I live next to a field and green belt and anybody that does in Santa Cruz, sees families of California Quail and their "covey". They are a big part of living here as they're always eating in a passing through our yard. This piece features (Dad) perched on a stick in the field next door. This painting comes framed in a premium hand-waxed "floater frame" in a natural finish where the painting appears to float inside of a wooden box/frame. Come see this piece in person at Open Studios, 2026. Join email list for all the necessary details.
